CoSN staff members in our Washington, DC office support membership and initiatives, and are responsible for providing a variety of member services, program and initiative implementation, as well as financial and administrative support.

Keith R. Krueger
Chief Executive Officer

Keith R. Krueger is CEO of CoSN (the Consortium for School Networking), a nonprofit organization that serves as the voice for K-12 school system technology leaders in North America. CoSN’s mission is to empower educational leaders to leverage technology to realize engaging learning environments.

Chief Strategy Officer

Irene Spero serves as Chief Strategy Officer of CoSN (the Consortium for School Networking). She received a BA in political science from Bryn Mawr College and an MA in Public Law from Columbia University and is actively involved in a wide range of community and professional activities in the Washington, DC area.

Chief Operating Officer

Robert Duke is COO for CoSN (the Consortium for School Networking). In this capacity he is responsible for membership services, certification, professional advancement, conferences, peer review and administration. Mr. Duke has worked in the non-profit community for 30 years serving in various roles for professional membership associations and trade associations in the technology and education sectors.

Director of Professional Advancement

Marci Giang manages professional advancement activities for CoSN which includes all development and management of self-study, facilitated and live training courses. Marci is also responsible for managing CoSN’s leadership initiatives.

Director of Meetings and Conferences

Mindy Halpert is the Conference Manager. She serves as the main point of coordination on all aspects of the CoSN Annual Conference.

Senior Accounting Manager

Parvin Zahedivash joined CoSN in September 2012 and is responsible for managing all financial and accounting record keeping for CoSN.

Communications Specialist

Jackie is responsible for increasing awareness of CoSN’s annual conference, CETL certification program, and other CoSN projects. 

Mohamed Fadul
Staff Accountant

Mohamed Fadul serves as Staff Accountant for CoSN. Mohamed is responsible for accounts receivable. He updates all financial reporting, recording the daily cash inflows and outflows and performs general bookkeeping. 

Sofia Losada
Chapter Relations Coordinator

Sofia Losada joined CoSN as Chapter Relations Coordinator in September 2016. Prior to joining CoSN, she worked as an English Language Assistant as part of the Study, Intercultural Training and Experience (SITE) Program in Milan, Italy. In her role at CoSN, she assists the Director of Membership and Chapters in providing direct Chapter support. Sofia also manages the online community.

Teneisha Brown
External Relations Coordinator

Teneisha Brown serves as The External Relations Coordinator for CoSN. Teneisha works closely with Irene Spero (CSO) and Mindy Halpert (Conference Manager) in tracking, implementing, and fulfilling CoSN’s comprehensive sponsorship program and events; providing assistance to ensure efficacy of existing sponsorship programs.  

Membership Coordinator

Jada Ramm joined the CoSN team in January 2017. Jada holds a Master of Science in Marketing degree and won first place with Enterprise CarShare’s marketing competition. She hopes to help all children gain access to important educational resources. As a membership coordinator, Jada works closely the Director of Membership and Chapters, in creating retention and recruitment strategies as well as assisting current members with any membership inquiries.
