This day and a half long event, created especially for large school district teams, is an interactive, working program that gives you and your colleagues the time and space needed to think deeply and brainstorm solutions for the challenges you face. Based on CoSN’s Driving K-12 Innovation: Hurdles resource, you’ll focus on a specific problem of practice identified by you and your team. During this facilitated workshop, you’ll work through a logic model and develop a detailed action plan tailored to your district’s unique challenges.

A 30-minute webinar preceding the event will set the stage, so you’ll waste no time at the Summit and will be able to tackle your problem of practice right away. You’ll have plenty of opportunities to network with other large district leaders and learn how they are tackling similar challenges. Event highlights include a Gallery Walk so you can see the action plans of each group. You’ll leave the event energized, inspired, and with a concrete plan to move forward. Facilitated by Kristina Ishmael.
