Director of Programs (VT)
Catherine Baumgartner, PMP, is CoSN’s Director of Programs. She oversees the implementation of grant-funded initiatives, supports efforts to grow funding partnerships, and guides CoSN in the adoption of project management tools and processes to enhance organizational efficiency.
With over 15 years of experience as a project manager in education, Catherine has driven content development, change management, and continuous improvement projects across K-12 and higher education. She also draws on her earlier career in community arts fundraising and program management to foster creative collaboration and team synergy. Catherine holds an M.A. in Transformative Arts from John F. Kennedy University and a PMP certification from the Project Management Institute.
